About The Hole
The Gas Hole was redesigned in 1996 during a major redevelopment of the links. The hole is often played using the left hand side leaving a short iron to the green. However trouble waits with long rough. Deep bunkers are strategically placed to take any poorly hit shots. The hole has nine bunkers, all of which penalise the unwary golfer. Judgement of the wind will again be crucial. After all that bogey is not too bad!
